MANUFACTURING PROCESS
From Raw Steel to Finished Pipe Components
Follow the main stages used to produce our carbon steel pipe nipples and threaded fittings. Materials, dimensions, thread requirements and finishes are reviewed against the confirmed order before production begins.

SEVEN CORE STAGES
A Clear View of the Manufacturing Route
Dedicated process videos show cutting and threading. The remaining stages use factual factory images and optimized frames taken from the complete factory overview.
01
Raw Material Preparation
Production starts with carbon steel pipe selected for the required product size and wall specification. Material is organized for the planned order, and its visible condition is checked before processing. This preparation gives the cutting and machining stages a consistent starting point while allowing the route to follow each buyer’s confirmed requirements.
02
End Machining and Threading
The pipe ends are aligned, prepared and machined to the confirmed thread requirement. Machine settings and tooling are matched to the product specification, including thread type and usable thread length. Controlled machining helps produce clean, consistent connections before the pipe is cut to its finished length and inspected.
03
Cutting to Specified Length
After the required thread profile is machined, the pipe is cut to the specified finished length. Operators control the cut position and handle each section for the next operation. Cut length is determined by the confirmed drawing, sample or purchase specification, helping maintain repeatability across standard and made-to-order production runs.
04
Dimensional and Thread Inspection
Key dimensions and finished threads are checked against the confirmed product requirements. Overall diameter is verified with a digital caliper, while NPT and R threads are checked separately with the corresponding 1/2-14 thread gauges. These checks help identify variation before components move into finishing, final sorting and order preparation.
05
Surface Finishing and Condition Check
Sandblasted carbon steel elbows are prepared to remove rust, mill scale and surface residue before the next finishing stage. The curved body, cut ends and overall surface condition are checked for consistent treatment and readiness for the buyer’s specified coating or delivery condition.
06
Finished Product Sorting
This product combination brings together four carbon steel threaded components: a sandblasted black single-end male-threaded nipple, a female-threaded pipe coupling, a locknut, and long and short threaded nipples. The assembled sample demonstrates connection compatibility, while thread fit, dimensions and surface condition are checked before sorting and packing to the confirmed order.
07
Packing and Shipment Preparation
Finished products are counted and packed according to the order and agreed shipping needs. Product identification, quantity and packaging details are checked before dispatch preparation. Suitable packing helps keep components organized and protected during handling, while export marks or additional packing requirements can be arranged when confirmed with the buyer.
